My name is Chris Dunham, and I have a passion to help people achieve wellness - whether that be lowering body-fat percentage, increasing upper-body strength, cutting risks of preventable disease, or gaining more energy for daily tasks. I want to share with others the transformation that I have experienced through incorporating simple, daily habits into my life.

  • Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
  • Certified in CPR/First Aid through the American Red Cross
  • Years of independent study and research in the health/wellness industry
  • Insured through Starr Indemnity and Liability Company

Although we train people of all ages and stages in life, our focus is on those who want a more simple, natural, and holistic approach to health. We combine traditional fitness techniques and routines with integrated wellness principles. Our understanding of health involves being sound in body and mind.
